Robert Shiller: Latest Housing data encouraging, But Outlook Unclear

Robert Shiller, an economics professor at Yale University and co-creator of the S&P/Case-Shiller index of property values in 20 cities, talks about the U.S. housing market. Shiller speaks with Tom Keene and Ken Prewitt on Bloomberg Radio’s “Surveillance.”
