When all big and small tech companies are busy in preparation of the Mobile World Congress 2012 event in Barcelona, Spain; Samsung seems to be active in announcing its new products, now after unveiling its Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) the tech giant Sammy has announced a smartphone with a projector named Samsung Galaxy Beam.

Samsung Galaxy Beam with its vivid, 15-lumen projector allows users to display and share multimedia content anywhere on a large luminous projector screen, which means – now with this amazing Samsung Galaxy Beam smartphone you can share any of your memory stored in a form of photos or videos with your family or friends by using the unique built-in projecting capability it has. Not only this but you can also use the Samsung Galaxy Beam’s crystal-clear projector for presenting your office presentations on a wide wall inside your office premises. isn’t it just exciting?

Beside the interesting projection capability Samsung Galaxy Beam also features Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), 4.0-inch 480×800 (WVGA) TFT display, 1.0 GHz Dual-Core Processor, 5-megapixel rear camera (with an additional VGA camera at front) 768 MB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.

JK Shin, President of IT & Mobile Communications Division at Samsung Electronics said in a statement:

So despite being unique in other features, Samsung Galaxy beam for its 12.5mm thickness, also helps the company to claim the title of world’s slimmest projector smartphone.

We are not yet confirmed about the release date and price of the Samsung Galaxy Beam, but it is just a guess that the company might uncover all the information regarding Galaxy Beam and Galaxy Tab 2 (both variants) in the coming days of MWC 2012. So you better stay with us for more news.
