Updated on

The new Sony Xperia 2018 smartphone emerged in the GFXbench benchmarks. According to the benchmark, the smartphone reads as Sony H3213 Avenger and is supposed to be one of Sony’s phones that will come out next year. Most of the phone’s specs have leaked out, and according to the benchmarks, the device is equipped with the front-facing dual-camera system.

The GFXbench benchmark database is a free, cross-platform 3D graphics benchmark that displays the measured graphics performance of graphics cards such as Nvidia’s GTX 1080, 1060, and many others. However, the benchmark featured the new Sony smartphone which starts with “H.” As Mobiel Kopen said, Sony’s smartphone series from previous years had models starting with “F” in 2016, and “G” in 2017. It would be only logical for the “H” models to come out in 2018, which is exactly the model number of Sony’s alleged new phone.

Camera

As mentioned earlier, Sony’s new smartphone will sport dual-front cameras with 16MP and 8MP sensors. Moreover, the rear-facing camera is equipped with a 21MP sensor. The smartphone is supposed to appear before the Mobile World Congress 2018 event. The trade fair will start Feb. 26 and run until March 1 and will be held in Barcelona, Spain.
