SunEdison ($SUNE) announced the other week that Steve Tesoriere, from Altai Capital – the hedge fund that made a big bet on SUNE in 2012 and helped set the company on its growth path to becoming a renewable energy business. He’s been on the board since 2012.
Tesoriere also pioneered the strategy to form the yieldco strategy. Altai is also a top investor in SunEdison and its yieldco, Terraform Power ($TERP). Where do things go from here?
