FOX Business Network (FBN) contributor Anthony Scaramucci reports that if Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush officially announces he is running for President “my guess is Governor [Mitt] Romney will not run for President.”
On whether Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney will run for President:
“I’m a Romney loyalist, which he knows and we were on a show earlier in the year where I said if Jeb [Bush] runs it’s likely Governor Romney will not run. I still think that is the case, so Jeb hasn’t announced yet, but if he does announce my guess is Governor Romney will not run for President.”
On whether he believes Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney won’t run at the same time:
“I believe that will be the case, but let’s for the viewer’s benefit – when you’re in the fundraising side, you’re never super on the inside. I just want to fully disclose that to people. I think I know my role in the campaign and dial nine which gets you an outside line and call and ask for money. I’m not on the political side, but I’m a Romney guy. I don’t think Romney is going to run…my next draft pick is Jeb Bush.”
