GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO)’s action cameras have become one of the most desired gifts this holiday shopping season. If you missed the exciting deals on GoPro cameras on Black Friday, retailers like Best Buy, Amazon, Target and Walmart have special offers for Cyber Monday. GoPro has also unveiled its Cyber Monday deals for the latest Hero4 Black and Hero4 Silver cameras.
GoPro has two deals for Cyber Monday
The San Mateo-based company is giving a 64GB microSD card for free, or you can get a 3-Way grip, mount and tripod accessory with GoPro’s newest action cameras. The deal is good only between 12:00 a.m. EST to 11:59 p.m. PST on December 1, 2014 in North America. Normally, the Hero4 Black costs $499 while the Hero4 Silver sets you back by $399.99. However, you have to purchase through GoPro’s official website to avail the offer.
The Hero4 Black comes with 1080p full HD video recording at 120fps and 4K Ultra HD video recording at 30fps. The Silver edition has the same recording options, but the biggest difference is that it supports 4K recording at only 15fps. Note that Walmart, Amazon, and Best Buy are still offering deals on GoPro with up to $50 in savings.
Walmart offering $50 gift card on GoPro’s latest cameras
Walmart is offering Hero4 Silver for $399.99, plus you’ll get a $50 gift card. The world’s largest retailer is selling Hero3+ Silver edition for $249.97, a saving of $50. Best Buy is offering the same $50 discount on Hero3+ Silver. On the other hand, Target is giving GoPro Hero3+ Silver edition with free delivery. Various sellers on Amazon website are offering deals on Hero3 White edition. DealOcean is offering the best deal on Amazon at $234.99 and $7.95 in shipping charges. DealOcean ships the camera within 1-2 days. The Hero3 Black edition is available on Amazon from $414.85 from The Corner Store.
GoPro is expected to launch consumer drones in 2015. It may be available by the next year’s holiday shopping season.
