NQ Mobile Inc Inks Deal With Daiwabo Information System

NQ Mobile Inc (ADR) (NYSE:NQ), a Chinese mobile internet service provider entered a reseller agreement with Daiwabo Information System (DIS) to expand its enterprise mobile management (EMM) channel sales network in Japan.

Daiwabo Information System is a distributor of personal computers (PCs) and peripherals, servers, and software to customers across Japan. The Japanese company has 14 distribution centers in the country.

Details of the agreement

Under the terms of the Agreement, NQ Mobile Inc (ADR) (NYSE:NQ) agreed to provide sales materials and technical support to the partners of Daiwabo Information System. In return, the Japanese company will be responsible in marketing, distributing and facilitating the sales of its NQ Sky EMM to its partner companies.

According to NQ Mobile Inc (ADR) (NYSE:NQ), the agreement allows the 17,000 partners of Daiwabo Information System to sell NQ Sky. The Chinese mobile internet service provider boasted that its EMM is the most secure platform for corporate clients.

NQ Mobile Inc (ADR) (NYSE:NQ) expected that its agreement with Daiwabo Systems Information would increase significantly the number of enterprises using NQ Sky EMM in Japan. NQ Sky is a multi-platform end-to-end solution that addresses the mobile security requirements of medium and large companies.

NQ Sky offer mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM) and mobile content management (MCM). It also provides secure tools for e-mail, instant messaging, file sharing and synchronization tools.

Last month, NQ Mobile Inc (ADR) (NYSE:NQ) also signed a reseller agreement with SoftBank Commerce & Service Corp. (SoftBank C&S) to sell NQ Sky. SoftBank C&S has 9,000 sales partners and it is a subsidiary of Brightstar.

NQ Mobile released investor relations update

NQ Mobile Inc (ADR) (NYSE:NQ) released its investor relations update indicating that the company completed its annual report for 2013 and Form 20-F filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The Chinese company said its finance department is working diligently with its auditors to prepare its financial reports for the first, second and third quarters of 2014.

“We will report all three quarters at the same time. We will announce the date and time of the earnings release and conference call formally by press release as soon as the exact date is determined,” according to NQ Mobile Inc (ADR) (NYSE:NQ).
