David Winters is the Chief Executive Officer of the Adviser. Mr. Winters has over 25 years of experience analyzing securities and is responsible for determining general investment advice to be given to clients. He is Portfolio Manager of the Wintergreen Fund, a no-load, Global Value Fund which launched in October 2005. Mr. Winters holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
