How To Get Back Facebook’s Old News Feed

Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) has started rolling out a new look for News Feed, with some users seeing an announcement at the top of their News Feeds. The announcement states that you’ll be soon able to see an updated look for the News Feed. This new look brings bigger stories and a streamlined design. In fact, some users are already able to see this new design, while for many users, the changes are yet to be rolled out by Facebook.

Get back Facebook’s old look with this extension

While this works great for many, some people may don’t want, or don’t like this new News Feed. Like always, we’ve got browser extensions to the rescue. Here’s a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox users which will enable users to switch to the old News Feed on Facebook.

Italy based developer Secuna has created an extension which you can get by heading over to OldNewsFeed.com. As the site explains “OldNewsFeed is a browser extension to remove the new design of the News Feed. To install the extension, simply select your browser and then the download will automatically start.

For now, the extension is only available for Firefox and Chrome, but extensions for Safari and Internet Explorer are coming soon as per the developer.

The same developer has previously developed extensions for Facebook which brings a single column layout for the Timeline, customizing the Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) chat and others.

So if you don’t like the Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB)’s new News Feed, then simply install this extension and you’re good to go.
