Details on Apple’s Mac Pro
Tomorrow, Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) fans can create and order their new Mac Pro at Apple.com. Unfortunately, this computer was designed mostly for sound engineers, professional graphic artists, video editors, and other creative professionals. It’s not the kind of computer for average consumers.
Tom Warren from The Verge elaborates with more details:
“This latest Mac Pro doesn’t look like the average desktop PC you’ll find in Best Buy, and it’s largely designed for professionals who need access to speed and storage. It’s also not your average priced PC either. At $2,999 you’ll get a 3.7GHz quad-core Xeon processor, 12GB of RAM, dual FirePro D300 graphics, and a 256GB SSD. A variant with a 6-core CPU, dual FirePro D500s, and 16GB of RAM is also available, priced at $3,999. The new Mac Pro is made in the United States and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) claims it’ll be as quiet as a Mac Mini during use. It’s available to order tomorrow from Apple’s retail and online stores, and ships with Apple’s latest OS X Mavericks operating system.”
Apple’s future is bright
In other Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) news, the company is gearing up for another successful year in 2014. The demand for the iPhone 5S and iPad tablets was as strong as ever. Apple’s stock price hit an impressive 52-week high in December. We can expect more of the same from Apple, more iPhones and iPads with more impressive features. The company tends to revolutionize their best selling gadgets each year. It’s also rumored that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) may introduce the highly anticipated iWatch, a smartwatch that would run on iOS and work in conjunction with the iPhone.
