iPhone 6: New Concept With Larger Screen, iSight Camera

Updated on

Since the iPhone 6 wasn’t unveiled at WWDC yesterday (and there was slim chance that it would be), we’re starting to see a new round of concepts appear. One analyst said recently that there was evidence that the iPhone 6 would have a 4.8 inch screen and be available in the first quarter of next year. Now we have a new concept which features a fancy new camera and a large screen.

iPhone 6: New Concept With Larger Screen, iSight Camera

The Newest iPhone 6 Concept

This new concept was created by Giorgi Tedoradze and published by Phones Review. In this iPhone 6 concept, there’s a 4.5 inch Retina display, and the device is quite slim—just 130 by 60 by 7 millimeters. It weighs 110 grams and has Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s A7 processor, which the designer lists as being newer and faster.

The device has a new 12 megapixel iSight camera and comes in more colors than just the standard black and white, although the design also includes grey in the list of standard colors. Under more colors, we have brighter hues like green, blue, yellow and red.

How It Compares With Past iPhone 6 Concepts

This new concept is sort of a roundup of many of the features we have seen on other iPhone 6 concepts. Many people have said that the iPhone 6 will have a 12 megapixel iSight camera, and it would make sense that the new processor would be faster than that of the iPhone 5.

Most fans of Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s products agree that the company needs to take major steps in order to bring the iPhone 6 up to speed in comparison with other smartphones that are on the market currently.

Then there are also the rumors of a less expensive iPhone, and we’ve heard that this is where other colors will come into the picture. These previous rumors are likely where the designer got the idea of multiple frame colors.

Will The iPhone 6 Be Next?

At this point one of the biggest questions that still remains is whether Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) will skip the iPhone 5S and go straight for the iPhone 6. One blogger made an argument for that on Monday, and this speculation is one that hasn’t gone away. Unfortunately it may be months before we know the answer to this question.

And then there are always new patents surfacing, so that just stokes the iPhone 6 fires even higher.
