How to Add Price Tag (Dollar Sign) to Pins on Pinterest

Pinterest has become a place where one can spend hours browsing various photos. It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words and Pinterest truly shows us that this saying is indeed true.

One can browse photos of their favorite celebrities, or can get gift ideas from Pinterest. Sometimes, you may have observed that on some pins, there’s a price tag with a symbol of $ (Dollar) or £ (Pound). In this quick tip, you’ll learn how to add this price tag information to pins on Pinterest.

Login to Pinterest and then hover your mouse over your name from the top-right side of the screen. Click on “Add Pin”.

Choose a file, or enter the URL to find images from. In the next screen, select your Board and then enter the description. But wait, when entering the description, type the pricing information anywhere. For example; you can type $199 for Kindle Fire HD as the description. Don’t forget to enter the $ or £ symbol. Finally, click on the “Pin” button.

That’s all you need to do. Now the pins will automatically show the price tag information, as input by you. You can also edit any of your existing pins and add a price to it.
