David Einhorn’s Greenlight Capital showed readers a slideshow related to the presentation during the speech. David Einhorn’s main idea was for Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) should issue a new security called “iprefs”. In short, Einhorn believes that Apple can issue the iprefs which would be a form of perpetual preferred equity.
