Sony’s upcoming smartphones – the Xperia Z “Yuga” and Xperia ZL “Odin”  have appeared on the company’s official website, this may mean that the smartphone maker is finally ready to launch the two new phones.

This press shot was obtained from Sony’s website and doesn’t come with any more details. The rumored specs of the phone are: 1.5GHz Snapdragon Quad-core CPU with Adreno 320 graphics, 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera. But the best part is that both phones are rumored to come with a 5-inch 1080p display.

Taking a closer look at the picture, we can see that the ZL looks a bit shorter than the Xperia Z. ZL, and comes with a different design. The strangest part of it all is that the front facing camera is placed at the bottom right corner. We don’t know why Sony decided to go with this design.

With CES 2013 scheduled for next week, we won’t need to wait long to know more about these smartphones. There’s a high possibility that Sony would announce details on both these phones at CES. We’ll keep you posted when we get more details on this.
