David Tepper On Fed Policy And Investing [VIDEO]

David Tepper, founder of the famous hedge fund Appaloosa Management, sits down for a rare interview with CNBC.   Tepper starts with a talk about Fed policy. He believes that the economy is relatively strong now, and the question is whether the Fed needs to do more. He talks politics as well, bashing politicians and supporting an assault rifle ban.
