If you are the one who has precious memory stored in the computer in the form of images, then it’s a good idea to backup them on the Internet, and not just store in the local hard disk. Now there are many online cloud storage services that you can use for this purpose and backup your photos. Uploading your entire picture library to one cloud storage service is feasible, but if you want to backup your images to multiple cloud hosting services, then manually uploading all images to those different services require lots of work.

PicBackMan is a good solution that can help you keep your photos safe, in multiple places, automatically. After downloading and installing this program on your Windows, you need to first create an account that will be used to store your connection settings.

Once you are signed-up, you can then start connecting to accounts that you wish to backup to. For example, if you want to backup your images to Dropbox, then click on “Connect” in front of Dropbox.

The first screen will look will like this:

Backup Images To Facebook & Other Sites With PicBackMan

This page is mainly divided into two sections:

Account to backup pics to: Flickr, Picasa, Smugmug, Skydrive, Dropbox, Box, Facebook
Account to backup pics from: Facebook, Foursquare, Instagram

Once you have configured at least one cloud storage service and one image source, the program takes care of everything. Your images are then uploaded automatically, but that’s not all, the program keeps on monitoring your location, so that if new images are found in the same location, those images will also be uploaded. In short, you can associate a folder on your PC, where you normally download and store images. PicBackMan will then automatically monitor and backup those new images.

You can also configure this program to backup photos from one location to a particular hosting site. For example, you can configure a folder on your hard drive so that images from that location are automatically uploaded to Facebook, and then you can configure another folder and set it to upload those images to Box.net. This is very useful if you want to keep your photos separate, and want them backed up in different locations.

By uploading images to multiple cloud hosting services, you can be sure that your images stay safe, always. With PicBackMan, you can backup images to multiple cloud storage services, like Dropbox, Box, Skydrive, etc. You can also backup your images on image hosting services, like Flickr and Picasa.
