Charlie is the co-Founder and Managing Partner at an event-driven special opportunities fund, where he focuses on the analysis of corporate debt and equity investments across the capital structure. He was previously a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, where he provided investment recommendations for a $4.4 billion special situations fund (high-yield, distressed leverage loans and private debt).
Charlie’s work experience also includes three years working at Citigroup as an Associate in the Credit Capital Markets and Investment Banking divisions. He served on the bank’s Analyst Training Committee and taught financial modeling in the Citigroup corporate investment banking training program (2002-2004). In addition, he worked as an Equity Analyst at Goldman Sachs’ Global Equity Research group, covering the consumer products sector.
