Charles Royce is President and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Royce & Associates, LLC and President of The Royce Funds. Royce has numerous funds all devoted to small/micro cap value investing. Nearly all the older funds have beat their respective indices (usually the Russell 2000) for decades.
